Naming a poem's a task indeed there's selling your meaning on your poem's very creed
First, one must ask what is it all about? Famine? War? Pestilence? Or a teapot, short and stout?
Then one decides should it have a name at all Shakespeare wrote pieces and sonnets with no name at all
Then, I think, to understand what is truly a name first write something grand then (or not) give it a name
