I used to be stressed about everything

Being in tech can be pretty tough

It's stressful. You're always under pressure. You never know what's going to happen. There's always too much work

But I just can't not do it

I love tech. I love everything I do. It's just so darn taxing......

Here's how I dealt with it

1) Meditate

I used the app Calm. Meditate every day after breakfast. It makes all the difference

Exercise 3+ times a week

I feel the energy difference. After a run to clear my mind, everything is better. That stressed feeling in my stomach is gone

Keep your Friends Close

I made the mistake of pushing friends away because of work. My friends are such an important part of staying sane.

Remember that things get better

Having run a startup before. I know it can be really painful. But it really does get better.

Deep breaths are very important too. You don't have to meditate if you can't. Take deep breaths and walks when you need it
