"How I became the Last Airbender"

Yes,  that title is true,  you might as well tattoo a arrow on my forehead and call me Aang from now on.

So I have a job that I quite like,  and each day something new happens that switches things up for the better usually.

Well,  I work at a Styrophome plant currently with wonderful people and on this particular night,  not even an hour into our shift....  Something was wrong.

The pipes we're blocked with the little beads.  The only way to fix it was to climb a godly height and open up these pipes.  Once my coworker did,  it was snowing inside.

The entire factory floor was completely covered (not even a millimeter of cement was showing)  with little beads.  Now I am not exaggerating.

The clean up for this was at least 2 and a half hours at minimum with nothing but a broom.

As this was a vast space to clean and I wanted to be as efficient as possible,  I began to get creative with my strokes of the broom on the floor.

This is when I then noticed I was manipulating the beads with wind from the broom and was pushing them where I wanted much faster.

Realizing my newfound elemental ability,  like any apprentice I began training to hone my skills in air bending.

It was such an elegant thing that it became almost an art form,  a dance of power, conviction, and emotion if you will. 2 and a half hours later and I had done it.

Not a bead in sight except the beads of sweat on my brow.  The apprentice had become the master of this lost art,  a legend amongst the younger generations to come.

Time had slipped away from my mind,  I was so focused that nothing else mattered.

The feeling of complete concentration,  gave me a feeling I can only describe as complete freedom from the mind and a certain connection with the element air,  around me.

It was truly my awakening.
