I know what you're going through right now can at times be really scary and trust me, I have had my fair share of fear and anxiety.
Although it may seem like nothing will ever go right again, I want you to take a moment to just read what I am about to tell you. Are you ready? Ok.
You have already achieved so much in this world, even if you feel like you haven't.
You conquered the odds of being born, you fought for your life and gifted this world with your beautiful smile.
You made it through your childhood, safe and sound although you had a few close calls (that just means you we're too busy being a wonderful explorer to pay attention all the time).
You have loved, you have laughed, you have cried, you have uplifted others (even if you don't realize it yourself).
You have brought about change in others, intentional or not, you have been through a lot and so have those around you.
Remembering the phrase "if you're going through hell, why stop" You have been an unstoppable force up until this point in your life.
Even if you don't believe in yourself, or if you don't believe it will be ok, it will be fine, I believe in you.
I want you to think about all that gives you anxiety and then think about the most important things in your life.
For me personally, "not being good enough, never finding my purpose, never finding true love, and loosing everyone I care about", are my greatest fears and anxieties.
The most important things to me " My health, my life, my family, my ability to dream and be creative, my faith", I still have all of those things.
As long as at least one of those things remain in my life, and as long as I can still breathe, I will keep on fighting for what I care about.
I know that my family cares about me, I know your family cares about you, I know that even if nobody ever tells me, I am loved, and you are too.
We have the power to change our entire mindset, to focus on the one positive thing going on in your day, even if everything else went wrong. You can change lives, and you probably have.
Just remember that just one smile in somebody's direction, can be that one positive thing to save their day.
Stay kind and caring, stay open to others ideas even if you don't particularly agree.
Stay empathetic even if that means you cry for others pain, or for your own, by societies definition of "way too often". I personally would rather care too much, than not care at all.
What a sad life it would be to not care for myself and others. Stay true to yourself, you have far more wondrously beautiful qualities than you might realize.
Remember the grass is always greener on the other side and that no matter how amazing the person may seem, they have their own demons too.
You are powerful, creative, wanted, unique, an asset to society.
YOU CAN DO THIS! Tomorrow will always come as "۰۪۫T۪۫۰۰۪۫h۪۫۰۰۪۫i۪۫۰۰۪۫s۪۫۰ ۰۪۫t۪۫۰۰۪۫o۪۫۰۰۪۫o۪۫۰ ۰۪۫s۪۫۫۰۰۪۫h۪۫۰۰۪۫a۪۫۰۰۪۫l۪۫۰۰۪۫l۪۫ ۰ ۰۪۫p۪۫۰۰۪۫a۪۫۰۰۪۫s۪۫۰۰۪۫s۪۫۰"
