2 am thoughts of a restless soul

Of you, I ask, From you, I wander For you, I linger

Be in me, dive deeper I wither, I decay Smell the bloom of fragrance In the deadly smile of thy colors, In the gravely grin of my pains

Be in me, draw nearer I melt, I break Taste the shake of my aching fingers In the loud silence of my joy, In the screaming tears of my whispers

Be in me, in blazing fires Be in me, spark within Be in me as I slip away Leaving no trace of lasting peace, Only ashen scars underneath my feet

Be in me under the raging waters Above all the storming winds Towards the end of every beginning As I run ahead of eternity, Chasing after the southern bliss
