I had a hard time expressing these feelings out loud...I always kept them to myself. It was unhealthy but I thought it was the best thing for me at the time. My advice for those who struggle with expressing these dark feelings..I know its hard, but please reach out to someone you trust. Believe me, it makes a world of a difference...even if that person is you....reach out. Don't be afraid to say "No...I'm not okay."
