Between sweet kisses and soft whispers the darkness caresses us both,
And now I'm looking at you and I'm no longer sure where you end and the night time begins.
But I ain't mad at it. Maybe that's okay.
Maybe you're looking at me and maybe my silhouette has been taken over by the night as well.
As we swim in darkness, we find ourselves melding into one, An extension of each other, I wouldn't be anywhere else.
But... Is this dependency we've grown healthy?
You've made your home in the cavity of my chest, Your head resting on my beating heart, Flesh draped over you for blankets to keep you warm.
You've made your home within me,
with in this dark night.
and I with in you.
In this darkness, our night... our time...
It feels endless.
