This is a piece of poem from the Tales of Genji (Genji Monogatari) Nou play, written in the year 1008 during the Heian Period, where the miko (Shrine Priestesses) summon the spirit of Rokujyounomiyasundokoro who used to be Aoinoue, wife of the main character Genji Hikaru.
