The wind shifted through the air
The crane stood with a stare.
Its rudolph nose flashed hello and goodbye
She watched from her cracked gray-sky.
The light flooded her room
The crane disappeared into its tomb.
rodolph still shone through
The echoes of the ringing bells breaking through.
Here comes the train shattering the empty night
Deciding not to leave without a fight.
The blinds feathered against the window sill
Her eyes hung heavy, as if she had taken a sleeping pill.
The light hurriedly turned off and under the covers she slipped.
