Like a tall wall with weak foundations you look to the alarm clock for emancipation.
Hours gone by your mind drained and slightly high from the Adrenalin, pain and anxiety that prises you from sleep. It’s certainly not elation.
The prize to simply not think deep. Or to make any preparation.
There is nothing to be changed before you go to sleep.
In fact, the best thing is to fall deep to sleep
With apathy for the life that creeps
So simply see; sleep is the best thing for me.
Don’t dwell on the life you live.
For nothing can be changed in the minutes before sleep.
So, release yourself from the drudgery that creeps realise that if you found a bed to rest your head and prepare for the next day with good stead.
Then life it is said can be made better at the first rays of light shed by the sun of a new day.
The pretence of insomnia must go away, whatever it is the struggle cast it away.
Think of the pleasantries of any day. To drowned out the white noise of a sleepless night, with a simple optimism that things are probably going to be alright.
