Here are a few buzzwords to get you started

So you want to sound like a UX Designer?

Here are a few buzzwords to get you started

"Dial it up"

To add emphasis. Bring it up a notch. Add more pizzazz.

"Agile"

I know agile; it means I get shit done, faster.

"Low Hanging Fruit"

Get the easy stuff done first.

"Pivot"

To take a new course, hopefully a better one.

"Delight the user"

Delight, delight, delight, delight.

"Client's idea was terrible"

Time to magically have a better idea (or two).

"Time for happy hour"

Craft beers, and wine from boxes. Bourbon too.

"State of the state"

Anything with "state" sounds good. Just keep saying state.

"Buy-in"

Something you'll always need. Especially hard for research.

Got more ways to sound like a UX designer?

@jacobrogelberg a lot of these buzzwords seem like typical startup buzzwords! what makes them UX? Eg. "agile" and "pivot" are often used in other contexts of startups

LOL: "Agile" I know agile; it means I get shit done, faster. Also they involve daily stand ups, or something ;) "Client's idea was terrible" - reminds me of PEBCAK (Problem Exists Between Chair And Keyboard) in IT. https://en.wikipedia.org/...
