1. Apologize to the people in your life that you have ignored, unappreciated, or lied to.
2.Don't stay in bed all day. Get out of bed in the morning.
3. Look in the mirror and say you love yourself, for all that you are

5. Help around the house and engage with the people who love you. Remember that they love you and would never want to loose you. No matter how difficult life gets, remember their love.
6. When the waves come, don't push them away
7. Take those waves of sadness and embrace them for what they are: feelings that are temporary. They will go away and you will be okay.
8. Do what you love (or used to)
9. Eat when you're hungry. Don't let yourself starve.
10. Let people into your life. Stop pushing people away.
And finally, know that you're alive today and that's all that matters.
