You say I'm a bee...

Honey

You say I'm a bee

wandering aimlessly

until I find

until I find you.

That the honey dripping from my lips

or the honey I make

or the honey I make inside of me

is only because I stole it from

is only because I stole it from you.

But does the flower hold the honey?

I nurture it, whilst you stay,

attracting more of me,

seducing them

seducing them senselessly

like you did to me.

But I am not useless

without you

They say I cannot fly

as my wings are too weak

but still

I fly above you.

The pollen I steal from your lips

I place in the hands of others

who deserve it.

I am strong;

so strong that I can

sting,

sting your words, your soul,

but you reply;

"Little bee, don't you get it?"

"I am even stronger."
