Some thoughts from my male MC, Ismus~

If You Only Knew

by HarmonyQueen86

Not a day goes by that I don't think about it.

Your smile, your shining hair, your passion, your spark, all the amazing things about you.

From the moment I laid eyes on you,

I knew you were different. There was something special about you. And it's taken me a long time to see that.

We both know what we've said to one another.

Me especially. Our first encounter wasn't the greatest. I admit I did hate you for a while. It wasn't easy to add you into my life.

But now I'd give anything to see you smile one last time.

I miss being able to hold you in my arms and fall asleep to your breathing.

I regret not telling you my feelings sooner.

Four years was a long time to wait to tell you that I had a crush on you since day one. That's why I resented you. I never hated you, I hated the way you made me feel.

Roselyn, I never stopped loving you.

You'll always be my first love.

You have your duties, and I have mine.

But not a day goes by that I don't think about you.

Live long, my Queen.

I'll still serve you in the best way I can, though I've made foolish mistakes.

I love you, and always will, Roselyn.

This is sweetly sentimental. Your choice of words conveyed a brilliant tenderness. Great post!!!
