There once was a woman who brood in her very darkness. The swirling clouds of her deepest despair. Melancholy was her truest friend. She perched on the nearest headstone to think and think. Where her anxious ticks could arise, upon looking back on her loveliest memories of when she had last smiled. It wasn't as fond as you may think, for when she was a young girl, she had an incident. An incident that changed her very core.

A Woman and her Despair

There once was a woman who brood in her very darkness. The swirling clouds of her deepest despair. Melancholy was her truest friend. She perched on the nearest headstone to think and think.

Where her anxious ticks could arise, upon looking back on her loveliest memories of when she had last smiled.

It wasn't as fond as you may think, for when she was a young girl, she had an incident. An incident that changed her very core.

Never again can she seem so innocent, When insomnia came Knocking at her front door. She always yelled for him to stay away, yet he came busting through some more.

Never to be innocent when he defiled her very soul.

Remembering events made her sore. She shakes and shutters as anxious thoughts grab her by the spine. How can she overcome her billowing mind?

Nothing seemed real to this woman in black. Never to be seen in daylight. Isolation was her first drug. Addicted from the start. The further she withered, the better she felt.

Death was on her mind. She never could satisfy the craving of her own demise. Fright sank deep in her heart. Dissolving her very essence.

What help can be found when she loved feeling lost... what motivates her very being?

Years of hurt stream down her cheeks so smoothly like a dance on a well lit stage.

Sharp pains hit her neck so suddenly, she gasped. For once forming a joyful smile as she felt complete ease.

For this woman brood in her own troubled abyss. The last breath she took that day.

River of red trickled down her pale skin. Darkening her vision from the world.

Never to be seen again.
