Fossil hearts lie where I woke up.
Feral wings sting my chest.
Breath for I could whimper to have, is gone.
Spike-like nails peg my lungs.
Lizard eyes huff down my pityful look.
Terror crosses my bloodstream.
Pinned in the past, creatures of nightmares
Clasp my mistakes adding edge to my end.
Dinosaur scales pierce my senses.
Humanities end burns on my trembling lips.
Asphalt shattering noises severe my ties with
Dinning on my soar back I'm nothing but a
Snack of lost history.
How did the world end?
The past was always the present of the future.
