Austin was in his bar this time.
I nodded to him when I pushed opened the door.
He smiled when I approached him.
“Hey,” he nodded. “The same?”
I nodded, and sat down in front of him.
Then, I called Derek.
“Derek? I’ve arrived. Where are you?”
“Ahh, I will be there in a minute.”
“OK,” I said as I hung up.
Derek arrived after exactly one minute.
I smirked towards his way as he entered the bar.
“Austin, another martini, please,” I ordered when Derek was still searching for me.
I stood up and raised a hand.
Derek found me, and I sat back down.
“Martini,” I said as he sat down.
“Oooh, yes, did you order it for me? Why, thank you! Come here you little......,” he grabbed me and ruffled my hair.
I sighed as I pushed him away. “Don’t be so immature, grow up.”
Derek snorted. “And don’t be so boring, dude.”
He punched me on the arm.
I gave him a VERY unfriendly gesture to him with my hand.
Derek snorted again as Austin stopped by with our martini.
“Thank you, Austin,” Derek said. “Haven’t seen you for a while.”
Austin smiled. “I haven’t seen you for a while, either.”
He started to walk away.
But then, he turned around.
“Please do stop by tomorrow for another drink,” Austin called.
“Will do,” I smiled.
