Rain pours down, Not heavy, Barely a drizzle actually, And yet I'm soaked
On my face, a frown, Creasing my eyebrows, As I watch it fall, Through the bus window as I wait for it to start again
Hair made darker brown, Made that way by the drizzle that's too heavy, But too light to be anything else, Sticking to the side of my face, As I look through the window
As it makes it's way through the town, I sigh, Tired already
Barely two hours up, Caught in a drizzle that's more than that, Just wishing to go back to sleep.
