Stark white walls And beeping machines Surrounded by all With tear-filled gleams. Pierces on my skin Providing me with life As I try to win Over death so tough.
A breath arises in me As all’s eyes widen And gasps fill my company Wondering if my burden Has finally egressed To haunt another soul Freeing me of my bed rest And wiping off my scowl.
And then all stops As my lids slowly lower. My heart rate rapidly drops And my life over me hovers.
My vicinity turns black As I'm all drained And I'm off life's track As I leave to the one I prayed.
