My Therapist: "I've seen so few people who want to live their lives as completely as you, but are so afraid of everything."
Me: "I wish I was different.
I wish I was bold.
I wish that I could leave my house without gasping for air,
or crying as I sit alone in my room because I wanted to go out but couldn't talk myself into walking out the front door."
My Therapist: "It's sad to see someone so young be more scared of living life than they are of dying."
