Author note: So here is the second piece for for my photo inspiration. For those that are familiar with my work will know that I never really post personal poetry. I always use other people’s emotions as I find it easier to understand others than I do myself... but this piece is an appreciation piece about my fiancé

Author note: I usually focus on writing the darker sides of life so here’s a soppy piece for a change. This photo to me captures that thrill for adventure and exploration she has running through her and it has allowed me to see so many amazing things in the world. So here it is :D

Her hair holds

Her hair holds the season of autumn,

Her hair holds the season of autumn, auburn curls pirouette where light falls.

Her eyes encase

Her eyes encase an eclipse,

Her eyes encase an eclipse, drowning in tranquil seas

Her eyes encase an eclipse, drowning in tranquil seas of tears

Her eyes encase an eclipse, drowning in tranquil seas of tears she will never shed.

Her laugh plays

Her laugh plays a composition

Her laugh plays a composition of love and serenity,

Her laugh plays a composition of love and serenity, with no encryption

Her laugh plays a composition of love and serenity, with no encryption that she has ever hurt.

Her heart loves

Her heart loves in a way he hasn’t felt,

Her heart loves in a way he hasn’t felt, he feels inadequate

Her heart loves in a way he hasn’t felt, he feels inadequate but she can look at him

Her heart loves in a way he hasn’t felt, he feels inadequate but she can look at him and feel he is everything

Her soul connects

Her soul connects harmonious to his,

Her soul connects harmonious to his, one slightly fractured

Her mind swings

Her mind swings with adventurous curiosity,

Her mind swings with adventurous curiosity, questioning what lies ahead...
