so as yall might have seen me say before, i am a loud and proud enby
today i open up google and i see that it's transgender awareness week? heck yeah!
to celebrate, i am going to post one story a day (or as often as i can this week) about characters with trans identities, starting with today,
when I am going to explain what being transgender is in this post.
transgender: to not identify as the gender you were assigned at birth.
this does not apply to physical attributes, but most trans people buy chest binders or cut their hair to feel more comfortable in their own skin!
nonbinary, agender, and genderfluid people also fall under this label (although some people argue that agender people, not having a gender, don't apply to this)
things you can do to help raise awareness and understanding for trans people: put pronouns in bio, use singular they/them pronouns for those whose preferred pronouns you don't know yet,
and research a bit into the topic to help understand them!
i know this is quite a long post but i love my trans royalty and i want to see them get the validation they deserve!
