Dear Santa ...

You've given me hope of a persons intentions To hold my hand see all my dimensions Guiding me through my poetry Opening me up with all that I see

Pursued beyond that steel shutter door I slam shut when they want to explore Instead its my mind that seems to attract Not just a quick fumble, brief climax

All that I ask for is someone to see The depth I behold , complexity You've given me this, a friendship is made I'm opening up, no longer afraid

Why deliver this person to me It's all I've asked for endlessly A soul connection you delivered That's excited , delights but makes me quiver

Can I ask for more? Someone to hold me who I'd adore...

This was a beautiful poem both in its rhyme structure but also the message. Great Christmas poem!!!
