Presumptions βœ‡ [55 pages] πŸ‘€

Continued from my story with the title: Exposure ♨ [55 pages, just saying,]πŸ‘€

"I'm fine!" He walked inside with a temper. Miles looked at the couple of young people standing around, "Ok, guys! It was just a little altercation. It happens sometimes, so carry on and enjoy the party. Go on, scoot!" He said shooing them and they immediately scattered and moved.

Nicoleta and Meagan looked to Sean. It had been less than a minute since they were doing so. They were all quiet until the silvery voice spoke. "Is he gone now?"

Meagan's head turn was delayed when she looked over at Nicoleta since it was her who spoke. Her back rested against the kitchen sink with her hands on the edge of the counter when she asked her son the question.

Meagan's head turn was delayed when she looked over at Nicoleta since it was her who spoke. Her back rested against the kitchen sink with her hands on the edge of the counter when she asked her son the question. Meagan was mirroring her as she watched him and waited for his response.

While he leaned over the kitchen countertop that was in the centre of the kitchen, it appeared he was brooding over what just happened with his eyebrows lowered over his weary light brown eyes.

While he leaned over the kitchen countertop that was in the centre of the kitchen, it appeared he was brooding over what just happened with his eyebrows lowered over his weary light brown eyes. He stood straight away and replied, "Yea," He shot a glance at Meagan, "He's gone."

Meagan looked down anxiously when he shot a glance at her. She noticed a faint scowl crossed his face.

It felt like her heels grew tighter throughout the night. She wondered if Joe had said something that made him look at her like that.

The kiss they both shared occupied her mind following that. She was even more intoxicated by his natural scent. As he breathed, she was taking him in, yet somehow she was left feeling breathless. She took a chance and her impulsive advance was accepted. Her fingers grazed the hairs on his forearms, she was slow, she was tentative to touch him there.

The adventure vividly coming to mind, making her even more nervous that her toes curled in her heels. She didn't mean to think about that at that present moment.

The adventure vividly coming to mind, making her even more nervous that her toes curled in her heels. She didn't mean to think about that at that present moment. Like him groping her butt. The feeling there doesn't seem to fade. π˜›π˜©π˜’π˜΅ 𝘸𝘒𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘡 𝘒𝘯 𝘒𝘀𝘀π˜ͺπ˜₯𝘦𝘯𝘡. She looked up at him hungrily, influenced by sincere emotions, and took a deep breath.

She wondered if it had any affect on him just like it did her. Sean was calmly in the middle of taking some fruit skewers from the fruit arrangements that was in the centre of the counter, then all of a sudden, Bryant and Caleb came into the kitchen and approached him directly.

"You okay? What was Joe doing here?" Asked Caleb, they both cornered him while he was putting two fruit skewers in a paper bag. "Actually, he came with Paris!" Said Bryant to Caleb. "You know anything about that?"

He held the bag close to his chest and it made crumpling sounds, "I don't know." Said Sean with a matter-of-fact tone and attitude while making eye contact with Caleb.

Bryant looked over at Caleb who glanced at the paper bag then looked at Sean in perplexity. His facial expression disappeared as he said with emphasis, "Oh, ok!" "Excuse me, I have to drop Meagan home." He moved forward, disregarding them both being in his way and they moved.

"So soon?" Uttered Caleb clearly as he turned to Sean. "Well... We'll see you later then! See you soon, Meagan!"

The key was inserted into the ignition, he froze and kept his hand there for a while. Meagan was sitting beside him in the passenger's seat after shutting the door quietly. She noticed that Sean had walked moderately towards the truck, jumped in, and slammed the door shut with Meagan left behind, taking her time to get in.

Her seatbelt was the first thing she'd attached then she removed her shoes. Now, she waited for him to start the truck and he was less eager to do so.

"You know something, don't you?" Asked Meagan softly speaking in the closed space, she also pointed out, "Otherwise Caleb wouldn't ask you, right?" "About?" He asked, with a croaky voice while looking forward and started the truck. He then he put the heater on.

"Paris," She uttered loudly, annoyed by his feigned uncertainty. Even though Sean was unquestionably exhausted, Meagan believed he knew who she was talking about.

Using the remote, he backed out of the garage, closed it, and onto the road he went. Each street light glared into the vehicle when he gassed up on the stretch. He kept his eyes on the road. It occurred to Meagan by him speeding up that he was not planning on responding.

It occurred to Meagan by him speeding up that he was not planning on responding. "You're not going to answer me," She said carefully.

"I'm sorry, I was just thinking," she looked over at him and he finished, "I didn't know you and Joe were friends!"

"We are not friends! I met him through Paris!" Her eyes brightened at him and he was serious. He was driving nearly over 30MPH in the neighborhood. She looked down at the gearshift and noted the circular ceramic ashtray inside the slot then sneaked an upset look at him.

"Why was she with him tonight? She doesn't even like him." She asked rhetorically, "What's going on?"

"Why was she with him tonight? She doesn't even like him." She asked rhetorically, "What's going on?" "Why don't you ask her yourself?"

"I'm asking you because she won't tell me." She looked to Sean for another response and again he said nothing. She looked down at her feet blankly. Suddenly, she put her shoes on and said, "Pull over," Finally, he briefly looked her way. However, Sean continued driving steadily. ...

Meagan turned off the radio in frustration that was muttering the entire time then striked just above the glove box and stressed, "I'm sick of this! Pull over!"

He pulled over on the sidewalk. Meagan grabbed her pouch, unattached her seatbelt, and jumped out of the truck. She began marching the opposite way and could hear the sound of his door being opened then the sound of him stomping after her.

"What are you talking about now?"

"What are you talking about now?" He asked.

The street light beaming at his face manifested how irritated and tired he was. When Meagan stopped and kept her distance, Sean approached no more. It was very windy due to the cold weather. He glimpsed the car passing them by. The driver was looking through his scrolled up window that was wet with dew.

"The buses run every half an hour at this time in the night."

"The buses run every half an hour at this time in the night." "I know you know what's wrong with Paris. Maybe you have something to do with it!" She grabbed at her own arms, hugging herself.

"I don't have-" His voice trailed off. "Meagan, get in the truck." He said. The exchange grew wearisome for him.

"So you do know! You're just as bad as him!" She looked as another car passed them by and asked them if the truck broke down. Sean told the woman that it was fine. But she ignored him and asked Meagan if she was ok.

"I'm fine, there's nothing to worry about." She said and before driving off, the woman looked back at the truck then at Sean in suspicion.

"Get in the truck!" Repeated Sean much louder. She continued to hug herself and didn't look at him. "I'll tell you what I know..."

"Tell me now!" She snapped.

"Tell me now!" She snapped. "I'm not sure what's going on exactly. I'll be assuming." He pronounced slower. Her standing there in the cold aggravated him. "Where is your coat?!"

"Great!" He walked back towards the truck.

"Great!" He walked back towards the truck. "Are you taking me back there?" She shouted and walked very carefully.

"Great!" He walked back towards the truck. "Are you taking me back there?" She shouted and walked very carefully. "No,"

"Great!" He walked back towards the truck. "Are you taking me back there?" She shouted and walked very carefully. "No," he said in addition, "chances are she's already seen it."
