I know I did a million times, the things I’d rather not.
I learn, but slow, again and again, even though I aught,
To know by now what right, what’s wrong, I keep repeating fails.
But I ascent, I clamber, with ups and downs, through life’s vexing trails.
I will learn some day, get to the top, but I’m not there as yet.
My mind learns slow, I can not rush, but to my peak I’ll get.
