I sit outside in a large, grassy field.
Not a cloud is in sight, just the stars twinkling as they usually do.
A breeze blows by swiftly but is gone just as quickly as it came.
The calamity of life had left my mind for just a second as I sat in bliss.
The celestial sky above and the lush grass below.
What could be better than this?
My escape from reality would not be complete without someone by my side.
Someone whom I love and cherish.
Someone who knows and understands me.
My hand intertwines into theirs and we both lay back.
Our eyes up to the pitch dark sky and the stars that are painted onto it
Like a canvas-it was once blank, but now is a beauty, a masterpiece; it's complete.
