stress can overwhelm us all, sometimes we have to take a step back and admit it, I will share with you my top tips for stress!
1) sit back from whatever you were doing
2) put your hand on your stomach and breath in and out
3) close your eyes, imagine where you would rather be- continue taking deep breaths
4) tell yourself its fine and compliment yourself, think about everything good that happened today
5) when your ready open your eyes smile and know its going to be okay
