I've been feeling strange for a few days now.
My appetite seems to have increased gradually however no matter how I much I eat, I always feel tired and exhausted like I had been working in a field all day.
I quickly made a stop for a cup of coffee at my favourite café. I reached office and I sat down, exhausted at my desk. Suddenly I feel a painful tingle down my arm.
I disregarded it as an allergy or an itch. The pain increases and it now feels like knifes cutting through my skin. That's when I saw it. I look
down at my forearm and see it for the first time. Something is moving under my skin.
It is shifting around and my muscle spasms causing a jolt of pain through my body.
I realize that there are dozens of these things moving toward the surface now so I grab a pair of scissors from my drawer and cut through my skin so,
whatever these vile creatures living under my skin were, can get out of my body.
Now I see them all over my body, I run to the bathroom and notice movement under my eye.
I plunge the scissors under the eye and watch as the slimy blood covered worm-like thing crawls out of my skin and plops on the sink.
I hear noise now. I think I may have scared my colleagues. My vision is getting blurry due to the loss of blood.
I woke up in a hospital later. They don't believe there were worm-like things inside my skin. They think I'm delusional or in other words, crazy. I can still see them though. They are not in me anymore.
The nurse who came to check up on me is the kindest person I have ever met, but too bad I will have to get rid of that thing slithering across his forehead.
