Memories

by bleachedcurtain

Seeds you had planted

Forgotten like faded dreams

When you returned to the yard

Flowers blossomed in a beautiful shade

You watered them every day

They were yours and when you remembered

The future had already taken them away

This is a well written prom. Using the flower garden metaphor was the perfect thing to capture what was happening and helps us relate. Really a good poem

This was absolutely beautiful. The visual imagery evoked by your words was crisp and delicate. The entire product was delightful. Great job!!!
