The lagoon

In the blue lagoon, her heart got pierced by a harpoon, got poached like a rare fish, a big catch for the sailor's small dish.

He was but a simple man, living on a humble boat, while she was poetry in a tight skin coat, living life with a set plan.

They somehow managed to leave the lagoon that brought them close, they ran from what made them live, and now death will put then on separate thrones.
