Purple petal tips stretch away from the stem, they all seem lost among each other, yet look so lonely.
Like planets in a galaxy,
Like planets in a galaxy, like clouds in the sky,
Like planets in a galaxy, like clouds in the sky, like unrequited love.
Lonely, yet still held together by the little green stalk, like a brittle bridge between tens of unrelated but similar places.
I notice more and more small galaxies around the first one.
Soon enough it all seems to form a universe of... flowers.
All of them coexisting, but no single petal reaching another.
