Grandfatherly advice on exercise and eating habits.

Peripheral Neuropathy

by bernardtwindwil

I know this sounds dumb A poem about numb It happens in old age Your nerves are in rage

You cant feel your feet Because you ate sweets You can always feel pain And aches in the rain

The pain that is deep You feel in your sleep You can't feel your skin To a feather or a pin

No treatment or cure You just must endure In youth exercise and diet Will keep those nerves quiet
