An anthem to spring the season of renewal. I hope this finds you all with the sense of renewal in the never-ending circle of life, hope, and love.

A warm breeze whispers to my cheeks.

Bluebonnets sway rhythmically in the freshening breeze. Winter is a spectral memory of thaw and freeze Bright pink blossoms hovering on Red Bud trees

Withered zombie stalks of last years flowers Stark reminder of last summer's bowers Will reincarnate in fresh spring showers

Children shed their winter armor for cooler togs Cats shed their excess fur and so do the dogs Millenials with lighter clothes while on their jogs

I breathe in the fresh new fragrant air We forage anew like a hibernating bear All are pleased to lose their winter's despair

In winter we gained our pounds of flesh Now we spare the carbs run the thresh Spring has come and the world is fresh
