He is human, just as I am human.
Neither of us are all-knowing,
He is here to teach me what he knows,
And I am here to learn, and to pass on what I know.
To find the rainbow connection.
To find the universal truth,
I was mistaken all this time,
Treating him as though he is not from human origin.
He feels pain,
He over estimates me,
And he gets things wrong.
Just like me.
He should have never given up poetry.
The disease would not have festered
Like silence, like cancer
He was the master of silence.
Like emotions burried six feet
I will divert from his path.
I will be a student of poetry forever.
