I can't stand this silence This mournful lack of noise that fills my ears. Music is honestly one of the most fundamental elements in a humans heart. It, depending on the person, can be the best form of medicine and help one can receive. But what the bloody fuck do I know? I'm on the internet writing poetry.

I can't stand this silence

I can't stand this silence

This mournful lack of noise that fills my ears

This death of music that brings me to tears

And I can't stand this violence

This war of thoughts that fight in my head

Whispering my secrets and darkest fears (Horses are great, you're a weirdo if you hate horses without reason.) And ripping me to shreds

And I can't stand this sight, it's

My emotions locking me up in a cage

Banging my fist against a glass wall of my own rage

And I can't stand this confinement

This solitary darkness that swallows me

Locked in a pitch black cell my my own dreams

And I can't stand this desperation!

My wishes suffocate the room like an angry nation

But my windows locked so they can't air out, and no one hears me no matter how loud I call out. And through the never ending dark

My pleas never seem to be heard by the shooting stars

And as I tie my next knot, and lay in bed

The angry voices of my own thoughts fill my head

Chanting and screaming, taking up the void

I can't stand this hatred filled silence, I need some noise.
