I watched as roses bloomed from your ribcage,
Vines rolling up around your heart, suffocating it in their grip,
Thorns pricking your lungs and scratching your throat with every breath.
I listened as the flowing waters in your bloodstream created an idyllic melody,
The streaming of water dragging along the memories of us,
Just to flow into the vastness of the sea and get hopelessly lost in the current.
I gazed into your eyes to see a whole other universe unfold,
The depths of that galaxy lit up by glimmering constellations
A magnetic orbit I found myself helplessly attracted to.
Your body held a complete different world inside of it and I got lost exploring it.
