Do your legs shake up or down or side to side whenever you're around others? Try finding a song- a really, really good song that you enjoy, and listen to it a lot.
Don't listen to it 24/7, or you will no longer like said song. Listen to it in intervals- whenever you feel that shaking again, hum out the song in your head.
Sync your body to the beat- and soon enough, your restless limbs will shake no more.
Does your heart beat fast when it should beat slow? Don't you DARE take another sip of that coffee. Breathe- do not forget to breathe. Meditate more often- a clear mind is a healthy mind.
