So I worked a morning shift the day Minions opened so it was steadily busy. I was standing in concession talking and there's a manager nearby.
I guest walks up and I tell him that we're closed at these tills and that people farther down can help him. He starts giving dirty looks to the manager so she goes over and talks to him.
He starts getting quite upset.
Man: The line at box office is far too long, I can't stand in that.
There are two people on till and 5 people in line, plus the 6 automated tellers we have.
Manager: I'm sorry but I can't put any more people on till, they're probably on break.
Man: What do you mean they're on break? That's unacceptable. They should be out here at all times!
Manager: No, they're children. They need a break.
The man leaves and joins the one person lime in concession. I tell someone to go on till so he doesn't get more annoyed.
TL;DR man complains a short line is too long and gets upset that workers have to take breaks.
