The last two days I’ve been so off track 😒😒
I was super upset on Friday because of drama with my best friend and my fiancé made me grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner because he knows they’re my favorite. So I totally binged.
And then yesterday I didn’t pay attention to what day I was on of my diet and I ate too much. Today I’m back on track and I’ve lost everything from my binge but I’m so impatient.
I just want to hear people say “have to lost weight?” And start seeing something I don’t despise in the mirror.
