Hi there TFT long time lurker of TFR thought I'd post here as I work in a uk cinema chain. Now, here's a few instances of daft customers (DC).
Not enough to be lengthy story worthy but if any of them catch anyones eye I will try to elaborate.
DC: Excuse me. I would like a refund please.
Me: No problem I'll just grab the manager. What was the cause? If I may ask?
DC: The movie was very poorly made and the acting was very bad etc etc (5 minute review of the film while people patiently standing behind her)
Me: I'm very sorry to hear that but we cannot give refunds to people who watched the entire film and just didn't enjoy it.
That awkward moment when a guest's mistress called his wife while they were there to watch Brave with their daughter.
The used condom found when cleaning the sold out ice age movie.
And finally the best customers ever who broke nearly every rule we have bar paying.
I'm sure there's more but I'm typing on a phone and to write an essay now would take me ages. Especially with work starting in an hour.
Like I said they're all quite small instances but I can elaborate on them somehow.
