Ginger grinned at herself in the mirror.
"I love it!" she squealed, pressing it up against her body and doing a small twirl. Her mother smiled.
"Is it the one, sweetie?" she asked, excitement in her voice. Ginger turned around to her bridal party and smoothed the material, a huge smile splitting her face.
"Well, what do you guys think?" she asked, looking at each of their faces. Their grins appeared less mechanical than before and more genuinely pleased with her choice.
There were cries of approval and Ginger turned to the saleswoman.
"I'll take it!" she gleefully announced. The woman nodded, and walked behind the counter.
The cool metal of Ginger's body was warmed by the human skin she held in front of her. *Her skin now.*
She couldn't wait for the big day.
