This seemed like the most relevant place to get advice. Sorry if it isn't exactly what this sub is for.
I don't want to go into details, but I recently encountered an uncomfortable situation with another employee at my theater. This person made comments that were racist in nature.
They weren't super explicit, but they were clear and offensive. This wasn't even told in a joking manner, it was clear and serious.
I'm not really 100% sure about the legitimacy of my complaint, since it wasn't aimed at me, or any one individual. It was a clear comment about a specific racial demographic.
My question is if anyone else here has experience with HR complaints to Regal, specifically at the District level (this incident involves a member of upper management at my theater,
and the District is the lowest hierarchy that I could go to).
