and then I doubled the calories on the tomatoes and green beans, as one of the chefs gave me a massive portion,
and I rather have more calories than thinking I had less and then be surprised with my weight gain. But tbh I don’t think I had 400g of tomatoes and 400g of beans.
Anyway, I’m so proud of my intake today, especially after my shitty binge day yesterday.
