CAUTION: DARK STORY WITH CONTROVERSIAL MEANING - DON’T BE OFFENDED - YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

The boy lay in bed clutching his covers as if they were a shield against all evil in the world. The room had been engulfed in a black fog that got thicker with every minute.

He was afraid it would return tonight… The dark figure that stood out in the darkness for no other reason rather than it was darker than pitch black itself.

The figure leached out all light from the room, even the light in the boys blue eyes, as deep as the ocean seemed to fade into the figure.

It had started as a face in the wall just 4 nights before. The next night a head and arm were protruding from the wall.

On the third night a head, two arms, and half a torso were leaning out of the wall. Outstretched trying to grasp the boy.

On the fourth night, last night, only one leg was left imprisoned in the wall. The figure seemed desperate to become free from it’s prison the boy had noted.

Each morning the boy would go to his parents, and each morning the boy was sent away with lectures of growing up.

“I have not raised a sinner” his mother screamed at him, “We will fix you” his father reassured him.

The boy remember how his parents had turned him down, and he began to cry in bed with encroaching darkness all around him. A feeling of impending doom fell upon him.

He blamed his parents cursing them. He did not want it to end this way but the stubbornness of his parents had gave him no choice. He was alone and afraid, forgotten in the world.

The air turned cold and the wall became a black abyss drawing in all rationale, light, emotion, and love. The boy saw the figure now standing tall and proud being free of it’s imprisonment.

The boy tried to scream but it was too late. The figure had it’s hands clasped around the boy’s throat. The boy heard the chair beneath him fall over. Darkness surrounded him.

The boy looked upon the figures face and saw blue eyes as deep as the ocean staring back at him.

His parents found him in the morning swinging from a noose with a tear stained letter taped to the boys shirt. One word could be read from their view
