30 Days of Happiness

Everyone knows of the pandemic.

Where I live we are quarantined. School got cancelled and my life is a mess.

I know that sounds dramatic. It really is. My life is the same bland routine everyday. And to be honest, I don’t really like it.

In the morning, I wake up and go on my phone.

Then, I do the minimum amount of work needed just to make myself not feel useless.

After, I actually don’t know what I do. 😢

It probably includes going on my phone and mindfully scrolling, then playing video games with my sister, then watching YouTube for 3 hours. Yeah... it’s obviously not the best routine.

So, I have decided to do something about it!

As the title suggests, I will be doing a 30 day happiness challenge.

Everyday, I will be doing something that makes ME happy (and not feel like a dud). πŸ€—

I decided to share this with Commaful because the community here is wonderful! I know others will support me.

Also, I am inviting you to do it with me!

I will be documenting my experience and I would love it if you told me your experience as well!

This starts on the first day of June.
