Insomnia

by ameagami

Here comes the night The moon shines so bright I lean against the window's glass to enjoy the sight

It's a habit of mine Since I was a child To look at the moon when I seek comfort

I start recalling past's wounds Sob cause I feel so alone And shiver from the fears of tomorrow

Suddenly I notice a hint of light Slowly filling the sky Then I realize I just spent another sleepless night
