After backing award winning film like 31st October, producer Harry Sachdeva is gearing up to make his directorial debut in Bollywood, with an untitled thriller inspired by true event.
Harry, the founder-producer of Magical Dreams, is also a writer, and also runs multinational F& B company.
Talking about his foray into direction, he says, "Deep down in my heart, if in any way, I can make a small difference in this world through my films,
I will go all out to do it and money will never be a constraint. I believe that this is the right time to take the next step in my creative journey."
He shares," For some time now, I have been following the story of a Braveheart Indian Mother, and her battle against powerful and corrupt confluence of politics, police and judiciary.
It has left such an impact on me that I have decided to plunge into direction, to bring this important tale to the world."
Since setting up his banner in 2015, Harry has been nurturing high-quality independent cinema, which has not only won acclaim at London film festival,
but has also been appreciated by the audience.
Based on real events, this riveting drama follows the story of a Sikh couple and their three kids' fight for survival on the night of October 31, 1984,
when two Sikh security officers assassinated Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, igniting anti-Sikh riots throughout India.
