1. TALK TO YOURSELF FIRST
The adviced way to do this is to stand in front of a mirror and talk to yourself. If you do this regularly, you will notice that confidence is coming inside you.

Talk with others as much as possible. Taks your talent out. This might be difficult for nervous and shy people. But you can do it.
