Tiffany. Tiffany. Tiffany.
Saying your name aloud is like I’m cursing
The feeling I get inside of my body once I have allowed your name to leave my lips.
It’s like I’m gasping for air,
barely holding on.
As if I have just run a thirty second sprint
and I’ve stopped abruptly without any warning.
And the air is struggling to make its way inside of me.
I’m left there.
Everything is in slow motion now.
The feeling of my body and its surroundings,
My body is pounding,
my pulse has skyrocketed.
I am standing still.
Gasping for the air that struggles to make its way inside of me since I have allowed the power of your name to leave my lips.
