Hello. How is everyone today? My names Doc. And I'm here to help everyone.
I have had a recent passion for health & Fitness. Now I know that being said, a lot of you will click of... Nope. They said fitness, not for me. BUT! Please don't leave, quite yet. I will be posting daily workouts physical and mental. It's important to keep both in shape.
There will also we weekly challenges. You don't have to play sports or do anything physical in the past to join the ride. This is for everyone. Trying to make everyday a little better than the last. I'm looking forward to what the days ahead hold.
